need a good work out plan. i'm 6'0 165 i've been putting on the weight lately I don't want to lose it now i know all about protein for building muscle and water for hydration and stuff i need a workout plan though to build muscle.
example like day 1 do shoulders/back, day 2 do legs and abs
something good like that can anyone help would appreciate it thanks. oh yeah I do alot at home have most of the workout equipment here.also what lifting would help me work out what muscles. if you can help you can email me at crimnlmnded@aol.com
