Are the Ft exercises good. My workout as of right now is on monday and thursday i workout my chest, shoulders and back. On Tuesday thursday i work out my legs biceps and triceps. I rest on wednesday, so is it good for me to work out chest back, shoulder, tri, and biceps and legs 2 times a week or should i do the workout that ft says. I am 175 5"11 and i am on the mass gain workout. the workout says i should just do chest once a week, but i feel like i would not be working out enough.

Well, what I think your program is doing is making it so that on the days you do lift, they should be an extreme weight and only about 4-6reps. Is that what it says? If so, I would stick with what the program says. That way you are ripping your muscles to the max and allowing a good recovery time. That is what it is called to get a mass gain!

you anly need to rest the muscles you work, so you are doing the right thing if thats what you want to do but if you can get into the gym just about every day then that would be better. personally i lift 4 days a week, working one body part or muscle group per day. for example on mondays i do chest: bench, fly, incline fly, dips, and dumbbell pullovers. then on tuesday i work arms. remember though this type of workout works for me because i am a college student and have lots of time on my hands.
