Been into fittness for the lat 15 years. Got serious abput 4 years ago. Stumbled into a lull anmd got comfy! :-( Still hitting the gym but no great results! Thank you all. I feel that this community will be what I need! I am at 264 and 18% body fat. I am looking to get into around 140 as a realistic goal. i want to maintain my strenth and I feel whenever I get past 240. i get weak.
So here we go. Im on the move and Im serious as all getout! Thanks!
