quick q.. i was on an 8 week cycle of creatine monohydrate, but things went awry and ive been off it for a week. i had originally planned on completing the cycle, taking 3 weeks off, and then reloading. i've sorted things out, and can now get back on it..
so im wondering, should i just continue my maintenance (5 g a day) for the rest of the first cycle minus 1 week, or should i reload (20 g a day for 5 days) and start the cycle over again fresh?
