I'm 16, weigh 135 lbs and have a tub of whey protein. I usually eat plain powder and chase with milk roughly an hour before a work out. How many grams of protein should i consume?

Usually one would consume 1-1.5 grams of protien per pound of body weight. Hope this helps.

since you are young and smaller i would say 1 gram per pound of body weight.

Yeah, about 1 to 1.5 grams per pound would sound about right.
