Hey guys
Am a newbie in bodybuilding, so i need some help for the usage of creatine and whey protein. I want to know, is it gud to use both creatine monohydrate & whey protein concentrate together everyday. Plz show me the dosage for using both of them together. Thanx

yeah totally fine.
the dosage depends on the creatine brand (so take a peek at the back of your product) but in general it is: take a dosage 45 min before workout.
for whey, whey is a very fast absorbing protein (i could have bad spelled that word), so you only need it post workout. for your other meals, try to get whgole foods. when you cant get them, then you can have a sccop of whey instead of the meal.
you can also have a sccop before bed for greater results.

Am going to take GNC branded whey protein concentrate powder & creatine monohydrate powder. I've heard tat there is loading and uploading phase for using creatine. So plz help me with tat too. And can i take protein powder immediately after my work out. Thank u for ur help

im currently taking the gnc brand.. its pretty decent. i would opt for the stuff offered by optimum nutrition, universal nutrition, or prolab in the future.. they have the creapure stamp so you know its the best of the best.
in terms of loading, for the first 4-5 days take 20 g creatine broken up into either 2 servings of 10 g 8-12 hours spaced apart or 4 servings of 5 g. Following that do a maintenance phase of about 8 weeks taking 5 g of creatine. If you want, after this phase, you can reload, or just continue taking your maintenance if you feel you are still increasing.
I personally take my creatine right after a workout rather than before. I think its more beneficial that way, to get the creatine into the freshly worked muscles. Remember to mix it with a simple sugar to increase absorption. Aim for 30 - 35 g of that sugar per serving of creatine, as it will increase absorption of the creatine into the muscles. The best mix is 50/50 maltodextrin to dextrose (you can pick it up cheap at a local nutrition store), but it can also be mixed with an unsweetened juice or gatorade. hope this helps..
