hey. After i workout (weight training) i notice that the next day, even if i havnt worked my legs they feel sore for some reason. All i do with my legs is about 5 mins light cardio before my workout to warm up and raise my heartbeat and 5 mins light cardio after workout to cool down. But the next day some muscles in my leg are a bit sore - thighs and calves. This never used to happen before and started recently. Does anyone know what the problem may be? why my legs are sore even if i havnt worked em?
