ok im currently on a 12 week abdominal program and i was wonder if there is anything else i can do to help the results and to help me get more toned i am only 14 but ive been workin out since i was 10 and i dont really pay attention and i dont ahve a ny weights i only do home workouts except with curls i use my 10s is there anything i can do with my 10s to make my abs better i currently have a 10% body fat ratio and i was wonderin how i could drop it over the summer i want only to have 5-8% by the end of the summer
