Hi. I happened to stumble over this web site and I'm happy to be a new member. I am 5'8 and weigh 235 pounds. I need to lose this weight. During my wife pregnancy, she had the late night cravings, so I ended up making late night runs to fast food restaurants and ended up eating myself. I'm ready to lose these extra pounds. Please HELP. :(
webny...I know the feeling...after we went through that I tried the 1 or 2 meals a day diet...and gained more weight.
What you need to do determine your caloric needs...that can be done here. Then eat healthier, 6 mini-meals a day with whole foods whenever possible. As well as 30-45 min of Cardio 3-4 times a week, along with weight training.
