HEy all you wonderful people,
I just registered!!!
Well my friend told me about this site and i thought i can get my doubts cleared. Well i am 5'10,male, and weigh 130lbs
i recently lost about 40lbs and now i look ewww. i was planning to join the gym but i seen people who when they leave the gym become really fat. does that mean once i join the gym there is n quitting ? my friend says that i should aim for "cuts" rather than "mass" to avoid the aforementioned scenario. could any of you nice people clarify for me ?
also will gym help me put some mass on my face or will it reduce it further and make me look like a weakling with a huge body ? also i am 20 years old if it matters

130 lbs is underwieght for your height. I would definitely try and put on a little mass.
