Hello Everyone! I am new to these boards and will be starting my 12 week program on 23/05/2005 after a long hiatus from my gym. I am excited to have a program to follow, and hope to keep motivated by scanning these boards from time to time. No specific weight goals in mind, just want to reduce stress and improve my general well being. Anyone else out there just starting out and in need of moral support?
