Nutrition plan says eat 4875 calories to bulk up? Might just be me but that seems like a lot, how accurate do all of you believe this to be? I'm more than willing to do it if people agree it is accurate, I just want to make sure it's right.. I'm 5 '10 and weigh 190lbs. (Fast metabolism)

Common man from a roid user you should have good mass allready. And yes, eat a ton of clean food!!

Yes yes mmaibohm I have been a roid user. However the thing about roids in my experience is it's not real muscle because as soon as you quit you lose the muscle you have gained. The reason for this question is I am hoping to start more of a natural body building life so I can keep the muscle that I have gained. Reason being is when I was on Andriol I was able to bench press 335 easily, now that I have been off for 10 weeks I am back down to 250 (when I started I was at 205 so I didn't gain that much anyways).

I had a post a while ago regarding another steroid called Testosterona Enanthate. I have decided not to use it and try natural body building. I have only been eating maybe 2000 to 2400 calories a day and am hoping that a better diet will help me gain muscle that I can keep.

So yes mmaibohm I was a roid user and I am sure that you look down upon me for being one. However I am trying to not use them and just use a balanced diet and continue my use of creatine.

How fast would you say you can gain muscle when going from a 2000 to 2400 calorie diet to a 4800 calorie diet? I have never not used a product while weight lifting so I am new to the "natural body building". I would appreciate all help.

Even just a 200 calorie increase can help your situation. Also Find A good work out routine. The power building routines like king kamali usses might get your strength and mass up quickly.

BE CAREFUL, increasing your caloric intake at once may cause non-desired fat accumulation. i suggest you to go slowly until you reach your caloric goals
