I was just wandering if someone knew whether or not taebo is a good exercise program for getting toned.

anything is good for a beginner who was sedentary and then started some sort of aerobic activity...even if it's doing some crazy disco moves from the 1970s while chanting some satanic rituals....is it good? I don't know...whatever floats your boat....if it gets you to stick to this cardio exercise...then it's ok....but ofcourse there are better choices for cardio...
remember.... toning=gaining muscle and/or losing body fat....with this routine you'll probably end up losing some body fat...

try swimming, going hiking, rowing machine, jump roping, running steps, riding a bike, play sports(basketball, softball, volleyball, soccer, etc)...set realistic but challenging goals and keep doing....I assure you exercise can become addictive as you start to achieve your goals and see your body transform....people tend to lose interest because changes do not happen overnight and we live in a society that's very impatient.......taebo is a gimmick but if it gets you to stick with working out then by all means do it....

good luck and stick with it.....expect to see significant results in your body in 3-6 months....with a solid weight lifting/cardio-workout/nutrition program....
