The summer is here and you should set a goal for the summer. If your like me and are still in school then you have about 10 weeks. Post your stats and weight here, and you can look back on it in about 10 weeks and see what progress you have made.
Here's mine, I went in the hospital for a week so I'm hoping I can gain what I lost back quickly.

Weight - 185
Bench - 245
Squat - 395
Dead Lift - 355

For lifting I'm not sure what my goal will be, but I'm going from a 2000-2400 calorie diet to a 4800 calorie diet, so I'm hoping that I can get up to 200 lbs by the end of the summer. Might not get there but hopefully I will.

200lbs 10% bf, and hopefully get another inch on my arms.

I'd love to see my bodyfat fall below 12% ... Wanna work on my symetry as well. Perhaps quit doing so many squats, my quads are getting HUGE!!!!

I want to get back into my regular jeans!!
I want to lose inches.
Don't give a hoot about the gosh-darned pounds.
I want to be happy with my appearance and satisfied with my lifestyle.

Darn those last few inches...

i am only 16 and i want my weight to be 145 (at 125) and increase my bench up to 150 in 3 months (at 125) i would like to know if these are realistic goals in the time period?

If you could help me that would be great and id apprectiate it very much.

My Summer goal is to get down to about 14% BF. Was at 22% as of about 3 or 4 weeks ago...probably 20ish now...not sure. Started out at almost 26% almost 3 months ago, but have dropped 15 lbs since then.

Then I'll determine what my max lift current and goals will be. 150 lbs was my initial goal to hit before I start lifting heavier, but now that I'm there I want to drop about another 10 lbs before I bulk.

I want to rid myself of this flabby belly. It looks great when I compare it to when I first started here tho.
Upper thighs firmer, still kinda flabby.

oh man, its been a while since ive really looked over this site. ive been so busy this summer, interning 9 or 10 hours a day and taking 9 hours of classes each week also. i knew heading into it i was just going to try and maintain my lifts and current body condition... but i believe i've failed. part of it was my schedule, part of it was a basketball accident that left me unable to lift upper body anything for 4 weeks. i got hit out of the air from behind and didn't hit anything on the ground until my left wrist and side of my face landed. my wrist still isn't 100 percent. my nutrition isn't awful, as i get up early enough to pack several small meals throughout the day (its not like i can go out to eat all the time anyway, DC is so expensive). Not to mention the fact that i feel so sorry for Georgetown students. They do have a varsity weight room with a bench and a squat rack, but regular students and visitors to the university can't use it...so while i'm in a summer business program there i'm not allowed to lift in a real weight room. who ever heard of a weight room without a bench press or a squat rack????? i HATE smith machines. makes me so thankful for UVA. obviously i have a lot of anger i had to get off my chest... even if nobody reads this i feel a lot better.

I weigh 116-117
5' tall
small frame but my BD is 26% !
I fit into sizes 2-7 depending who makes the clothes...but I HATE my belly softness.. DRIVES ME NUTS
OK... THIS IS WHAT I WANT FOR MYSELF:
**BD to 15-18%.
**Moredeveloped calves.. I have skinny calve syndrom!
I am working really hard at it, building muscle and cleaning up the food, doing some cardio while maintaining the muscle I am growing.

I'd like to get my weight back down to 13 stones (weight's crept up to 14 stones 10lbs now due to beer and junk food) and push my deadlift from 227lbs it is now to 300. Would also like to achieve a 200lb bench press and a 200lb squat.
