Ok up until now I really havent been counting calories, but I am give myself a big kick in the butt to get what i want out of this next 12 wks and stick to it.... soo heres my problem.. I have never tried to loose weight or anything like that before so honestly I dont know if it is hard for me to loose weight I have weighed the same for the past 5 or 6 yrs except when i was preg and even then I only gained like 20 maybe 25 lbs.... so how do I determine weither it is hard or easy for me to loose weight so I can get the total carbs and all the right... cuase if i say easy then it puts mine at 1502 or something like that and if i say hard then it tells me 1305.... I have always been under the weight limit.. So would it be safe to assume that it would be hard for me to loose weight?? or am I guessing wrong, because I have always been real tiny soo I really dont know how to figure that part...... if anyone could help me out that would be greatly appericated... thanks...

trial and error will probably be your best bet.. maybe give the hard gainer diet a try for awhile, and if the results aren't showing, switch over

Keep weighing yourself on the same day at the same day preferably in the morning. If after two weeks nothing has changed drop another 250 clories from your diet, and wait another two weeks. A steady 1-2 pounds a week is a good guidline anything more is really risking the loss off lean tissue. Hope that helped a little.

I suggest you track what your eating over the next week or two using something like the FT nutrition tracker (the FT-Pro version is awsome) I've also heard the www.fitday.com also has a good one(hope that's the right website). This way you'll get a good idea of what you're currently consuming broken down to calories, fat, protien and carbs. I found it a real eye opener just to see what I was actually eating on a daily basis. Remeber every bite counts! If you are not currently gaining any weight, then simply cut about 250cal from your daily intake. I've found that the f/p/c breakdown is more important than calories since it helps me to insure that all of my calories are nutritious! I wouldn't worry about determining if your a fast or slow "looser". You'll find out as you go along. Unfortunately, often people that were fast loosers become slow loosers as they age:(
Good Luck!
