I am new to this site and am really excited about starting my workout program! My plan consists of mainly light weight training to tone up, but I am concerned about working out and losing my curves (mainly my tush and chest). I am 5'1 and 119lbs so I am not tyring to lose weight but to tone up. I don't want to have a man body!!! How much cardio is too much?
mmmmmmmmmm, I don't think anyone has ever accused me of having a man body, on the contrary its just the opposite.

I myself do 30 mins of cardio 3x's per week plus my weightlifting.
