My new FT program has my rest days on Wednesday and Saturdays.....
I am going out of town from Friday to Sunday night.
So I can't get to the gym for Saturdays Tri's and Bi's. Can I combine them on another day or do I just skip it?
Thanks! (This is my first week)

do not skip it! you dont want the rest of your body to develop, and you end up with scrawny twig arms!
isnt there a function to change how many days you can work out when you are setting up the program? you can always push your workouts to what days suit you.. ex mon, wed, fri to tue, thurs, sat or whatever.

I'm sure where ever your going will have a gym. I go to St. Louis, MO monthly to see my sister at college when I live in Chattanooga, TN. I still manage to get to a gym, most gyms will let you have a free trial day or they might charge you like $5. I agree with bropie though, what ever you do don't skip.

Thank you!
I will look into changing the amount of days I can workout.
Knowing my luck it will still have me working out on Saturday!
Well, I am going camping for the Holiday weekend so I doubt there is any gyms nearby, sure would make my life easier! :)

I usually cant workout on the days it tells me to, so I do the same amount, just on different days.
