Oh crap! Help!

I was reading some posts where someone was having trouble finding the Glutes and Thighs program, which I was too.
My routine FT gave me didn't have any squats listed and I did as someone suggested and reentered my goals.
Now I got the squats in my workout but it switched it all around and I am not suppose to start this one until next week.
Well, I started yesterday and did my legs, I am suppose to do calves and shoulders tonight but that is all I know.
I didn't get the rest of the weeks.
Any suggestions?
It also switched my rest days from Wed and Sun to Thurs and Sunday....

Man, I just reread my post and it is a bit confusing.
What it should say is that yesterday I started my first workout that FT gave me. Which was legs....
Today I redid my goals, got a new workout and it doesn't start until next Monday.
I don't have the rest of my first workout plan other than today, so I don't know what I should do for the rest of the week....

Well whatever you do, don't workout the muscle group that you are going to workout on Monday, and don't workout legs again. You need to give them time to recover. If you workout the muscle group that you are going to workout Monday and then work them out Monday again, then you are not allowing your muscles to recover and that will be useless. By the way, what is set for Monday?
