:( I am on the 12 week ab program, I'm in the 3rd week. As I said before I had a little bit of unwanted belly fat in front of my abs. I can tell by measuring that a lot of that fat is gone, but, I'm getting restless, I guess. I want it gone now. I can feel the abs, even a six pack when I flex, but it's not seen yet. Am I getting into a rush for results?
I want my old six pack back, is there any other ab workouts to get results faster, or do I just need to keep doing what I'm doing, and wait?

Doesnt happen overnight, sorry.... otherwise everyone would be walking around with six packs. I would guess it will take you about another 5-6 months.

Forgot to mention- ab workouts don't make your six pack show- your diet does. You need to do a lot of cardio to burn the fat that is keeping the six pack from showing.....

exactly. if you have the abs underneath, its all a matter of getting rid of the fat on top to show them.. your diet has to be great for this.

Agree with everything said. Your not going to get a 6 pack over night, it will take a while. I've been working out for 18 months and I don't have a very good 6 pack. Your abs are always going to be there, it's just a matter of getting rid of the fat.

I don't think I have 5-6 months worth left. I am burning the fat, when I flex the six pack shows through. Just not as well as it used to. I think being the six pack has started showing while flexing (withing the past 2 weeks) I might have another month before I'm pleased. I was just hoping you guys had some better workouts other than whats here. I don't have nothing but the floor here. I would like one of those tables where your back is in mid air, but oh well.

Your abs will not disappear, the question is will the fat covering them up.

I'm doing cardio, jogging 1/2 mile, and jumping rope, on my off days of training.
