So you want abs huh
well here are some pretty good work outs for your abs
ages 12-15 = 3 reps 10 each rep
ages 16-20 = 3 reps 15 each rep
ages 21-25 = 3 reps 20 each rep
Do these every other day for 3 months with a good nutritional plan and i gaurentee great abs
Here are the work outs
1). Crunches
2). leg raises
3). cross crunches Put your heel on your other kneee and curl up and touch your elbow to your opposite knee
4). supported crunch put your legs up on your couch or something and you should be laid out in a 90 degree anglle and do crunches from that position
5). Pelvic tilt bend you body and pull your legs up with your head and hold that position for 10 seconds
6). seated knee ups bring your curl at a 100 degree angle and do situps while not layin down but just sitting down on a couch and do crunches from there
7). seated twists sit in a chair put a broom over your shoulders and hold on to it while twistin in the seated position
8). butterfly crunches lay down like your gonna do a regular crunch then spread your legs out as far as you can while your heels are still touching and do crunches lke that
9). Obliques lay down on your side with your hands on top of your head and crunch over side ways and squeese tightly at the top of each crunch
so there yah go theres the way to perfect abs :D

thanks good advice big time, but cud u further explain number 9, 6, 5 and are leg raises like "6 inches" when u lay down on the floor with both hands under ur butt and lift both ur legs up 6 inches or so and hold it for bout 10 secs?
