Hi everyone. I just discovered this site today, about 15 minutes ago. I am 29, 68" tall, and weigh 210lbs. I am going to Iraq in about 2 months and want to lose the weight, gain strength, and build endurance. I just joined a local gym and need some advice.
I got a personal trainer to start me off in the right direction but I have reservations about what he (personal trainter) is teaching me. This is what I have done so far, be in mind that I started this past Monday.
4 sets of 10 reps of each exercise:
Monday - Legs
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Shoulders
Thursday(today)- Back
Friday - Arms
Sat/Sun - Rest

After each work out I run on the treadmill on my own to get my cardio in, about 20-30 min.
Wrong? Right? Please advise?

Since you will be going to Iraq, you will more than likely lose weight, my husband did. I do not know much about the workout. All I can say is Welcome and Good Luck. :)
