Was going to do a three day split.

Sunday Upper body: chest, back, shoulders, arms
Monday Lower body: legs, abdominals
Tuesday Badminton
Wedensday Upper body: chest, back, shoulders, arms
Thursday Lower body: legs, abdominals
Friday Badminton
Saturday Rest or Cardio


Upper Body

Sholders
Military Presses - Front Deltoids
One-Arm Cross-Cable Lateral - Side Deltoids
Bent-Over Cable Laterals - Rear Deltoids

Chest
Dumbbell Incline Presses - Upper Pectorals
Decline Dumbell Presses - Lower Pectorals
Dumbbell Flat Bench Press - Middle Pectorals
Flat Bench Dumbell Flyes - Middle & Outer Pectorals
Straight Arm Pullovers - expand ribcage

Back
Close-Grip Machine Pulldowns - Widen Upper Back
One-Arm Dumbbell Rows - Thicken Outer Lats
Seated Cable Rows - Isolate Lower Lats
Barbell Shrugs - Trapezius

Arms
Tricep
Tricep Cable Pushdowns - Compound Movements
Bicep
Standing Barbell Curls
Dumbbell Preacher Curls

And my legs. Just Never done upper body like this. Would this be an ok workout? My workouts I find right now to be unorganized and can be anywhere from 20min to 1h. my FT plan had me using only 3/4 machines per session which I don't feel is enough. Would my upper body be ok with proper rest afterwords?

btw: if my upper body workout sounds dumb I don't feel that the ft. workouts last long enough. Some days it has me doing only 4 items. My above workout would include three sets of each. I would think doing most of the above would take almost 1h. i workout by my self. thus don't chat. get right to it. what if any should I chg before i start this?

ok, doing the above will make my workout way to long. gona make some cuts and vary what I do on diff days. that has to be the most stupid post i have made.

its not a dumb post just make sure whatever you do to your workout, you dont overtrain.
