I am 13 and i dont no what i should do. I wanna get stronger but im scared that if i lift to much i will stunt my growth. I am around 5 ft so i need to grow. What should i do.

If you're afraid, don't lift. Push-ups, sit-ups and other excercises that don't involve any weights can help build a lot of muscle. Especially pushups.
