I know that's what everyone is thinking. <start introduction now> I'm OLD around 28 to be exact. I've been lifting since high school, and I just started into the sport of long distance running and trying to maintain my current lifting weight which I'm finding to be very hard when training for marathons. I've ran the USMC 04 Marathon, and NYC 05 Marathon is right around the corner. I really want to run Big Sur 06 on US Route 1 coastal highway, but we will see how it goes. I'm not fast enough for Boston so unfortunately I can put that on my to do list.
Once I finish with my long run goals, I'll probably settle in around 205 fully cut up. That's about it. This is the point where everyone says "Welcome to the forum Gangster" Right? lol..... later.

Hey, I 'm in high school and I am just trying to do some summer training for my senior year of wrestling, I need advise of any kind, but most importantly on stratagies and tricks to staying on task. Humor is one of my best traits and i'll use it to my fullest extent, when necesary.

Thanks for the welcome. I've decided I'm going to go to 29, and that's it. From there on, I'm not having anymore birthdays despite what my drivers license says.
