Hi,
I want to really tone up but dnt know if I shld loose all the excess fat or start building on top of it. I heard that it is easier to build muscle on fat rather than nothing. But slim people are normally very toned up..so I'm not sure. I have started to wieght train for a month and I have gone stronger, I can already tell. But still I'm not nicely tone up. Can you please give me some very nice intense Bicep and Tricep workouts THAT REALLY DO WORK please.
Thanks

If you click health resources at the top and then click exercise/ fitness that will take you to a list of muscle areas just pick the one you want and it will give you different exercises to do for that specific area....

First off muscle doesn't go on top of fat. It's underneath it. Be tone is a result of good muscle muscle and low bf%. You've got to have the muscles first before you can begin to show them. Fill out your profile so we can help ya a little better. I would also sign up for a fittness program here on FT. That would be a good place to start.

As Justin says, hard to have "ripped" results if there is no muscle tone there to show. Go ahead and get lean, this will improve your health. Then go for gaining some lean mass.
