I am trying to gain 25 pounds but I just can't eat that many calories for some reason. I eat at least 4-5 meals a day. I eat a lot of Chicken, Salmon, and Tuna. I am currently taking Whey Protein and was wondering If I can take a Weight Gainer as well, because I see that most gainers have a lot of whey protein in them already. Thanks for the help...

u can take both....yuo can take whey protein after a workout with some simple carbs....or in the morning....and you can take weight gainer midday...during lunch...
4-5 meals is not much...I suggest 8-10 meals/snacks....or if you really have a hard time....eat every hour.....however many meals that's gonna be...remember ...1 handful of nuts counts as a meal...1 can of yogurt does too...etc...it doesn't have to be a lot....especially if u eat a lot of meals....you can try to get 500 calories in your 3 big meals....breakfast/lunch/dinner....and the rest of the meals/snacks can be just 200-300 calories each....
