get a multivitamin...that's it....generic is just as good as any name brand....and u save 80%

Agree with Menace, multivitamins are all the same practically, just find one and get it. I personally use "Special Two" from NOW, or "Mega Men" from GNC.

i take animal pak.. but a regular multi should probably be the same for the average joe.

I am with bropie on the animal pak. I tried the GNC mega mens has a ton of stuff you really dont need. I would just by centrum or the generic equivalent.
