i have just recovered from annorexia, bullimia and compulsive eating disorders... and as a result have experienced a lot of weight fluctuation.i went from 58(kg's) to 68, then to 42 and then to 80 kilos.... i have finally recovered but as a result have limited muscle ... My real problem is cardio... i have real trouble doing any substancial amount of cardio and i was just wonderin if anybody here has any advice for beginers...?

With the cardio, start off slowly... walking or light jogging... build up from there... start with ten minutes of walking and work up to 20 or 30... do it slowly though....

Welcome! As Tim says, start slow and work your way up. You will not experience instant results... they take time to develop. But some day you will be a regular cardio maniac, trust me! You will probably even out do me! (which wouldn't be tough :) )

Thankyou for you advice i guess that i was tryna push myself too much too quickly.... I can manage walking:big_smile: but i suddenly wanted myself to run when i was not used to it. I guess ill start from the bottom to get to the top......does walking count as substancial cardio and how much? how do i start when i want to advance to more itense frorms of cardio such as runnig and skipping?soo confused:surprised:
