Bench: 265lbs
Squat: 380lbs
Deadlift: 360lbs
Hang Clean: 205lns

Is this good for a 15 yr old.

Depends on how much you weigh. If you weigh 400lb then do it's not very good, if you weigh 220 or less then yes it is good. Big 15 year old I must say if those are your true stats. But yes I would say those are good stats for any 15 year old.
