How do you track something that is not on the list? For example, I had a veggie hot dog and a whole wheat bun for lunch. Even the Roman Meal wheat bun that is listed has way more calories than what I ate. Thanks.

Unfortunately you cannot customize the nutrtion tracker on the free FT version. You can do it on the FT-Pro version, but this is the paid version of FT. I switch over to the FT-Pro version mainly for this feature and am very happy I did. It is very user friendly and I just use my own food labels to add specific items. It also keeps a list of any foods you choose for future reference.
