Hey I'm new to this forum so I figure I'll introduce myself. I'm 16 years old, 135 pounds (working on getting bigger). Right now my bench max is 200 pounds and I want to get it up to at least 225 by for the beginning of next school year. I have a bench and dumbells at home but i usually work out at night and dont have a spotter to help me. Any ideas on what i should do? Right now I'm just doing 2-3 reps less than i know i can do. Thanks!
