Im 17 yo Guy,
have lost 25lbs im 5'5 and at 134lbs.
I work out 3 times a week at the gym burn 300 cal. then pump the weights. I am not into sports so this is my outlet:)
My diet: I have been having 6 meals a day all together under 1,000 cal....
my meals are:
1) apple
2)2 eggs
3)half a meal bar
4)chicken brest
5)fruit
6)spagettie
They all have about 1000-1200
so ...I have been really pleased with my new body ...but for the last 4 months i cant lose the last fat around my stomach.Any Ideas? for me to boost my fat lose in the next month? I want to lower my body fat % as much as possible.
any thoughts will be greatly read.
Question for the readers....whats your cardie/food routine?
I am really interested in what you guys do to stay in shape. O one more thing...what is your average body fat %?
and what do you think mine should be since in 5'5 and 135 lbs.

you need to eat more....yes more not less...add some rice or potatoes and veggies with your chicken...Breakfast of an apple isn't good enough..you need protein too.
What happens when you lose weight at first the weight comes off quickly because ofa calorie defecit...but with too few calories for too long your body will go into starvation mode and store calories...You need feul for the furnace to keep it burning. Every meal should consist of good lean proteins and good complex carbs....don't forget your veggies too.
Are you doing weight training as well? Added muscle burns fat faster (it increases your metabolism)
