I just started Day 1 of my first week here. For some reason I cannot do the Home Squats without lifting my heels off of the ground! :surprised:
Does anyone have any tips or suggestions or is it just a matter of building strength? Should I still list my reps even if my heels lift?
Thanks for any and all help!:)

I don't think that would effect your squat that much.. Your still lifting the weight with your legs. If you can balance your self like that and aren't going to fall over then it's ok. Just try to get to were you can do it on flat feet because your less likely to fall over like that. Lol I think I would fall side ways if I tried squatting on my tippy toes. But I dont think it's going to keep you from building strength or anything.

you need to improve flexibility of your calves...for now you can either take a slightly wider stance or put 2.5lb plates under your heels....

Thanks for your help! When I do the squats in the gym with weights I have no problem doing it with my feet flat on the ground. It's just when I try to do it at home without weights and balancing myself that I think I have the problem.......
