What does it mean when someone says push/pull? I am new at this!!!

Those, I believe, are different types of exercises...

For instance, "PUSH" exercises would be pushup or bench press... "PULL" would things like rows and deadlifts.

If I am mistaken, please, someone, correct me!

exactly.. chest/tri involved in pushing, back/bi in pulling/lifting

push pull is a bench / dead lift competition

Probably the more productive way of exercising. If you push one day and push the next day you wont get much out the 2nd because you'll be tired. Where as if you push, then pull, then push, then pull, the do legs, you will have recovered by the time you do a similar exercise such as (chest/tri).

Push/pull is also the terminology used for a particular portion of fitness testing in some police forces!

terminology used in wacking off. first u give it a pull... and u can think of the rest....
