Hello, I'm posting this in hopes that someone will be able to give me some tips on achieveing the smallest waist i have potential for. I know diet is the biggest aspect, and I'm all over that, I'm gonna be changing to a cutting diet in a couple of weeks (I'm finishing up the mass program).

As for training though, what should i do? I'm guessing that lower back and oblique exercises is what will really affect it. So, what exercises should i implement and avoid in my training plan?
Thanks a lot.

1-.) i suggest you, from personal experience, when you lower your carbs, go graduakky and doesnt go all the way dont at once, this in order not to lose muscle, or at least not to lose as much as possible. lets say lower your calories every 3 days by 250calories.

2-.) you will get the smallest waist you can have by lowering you fat %, nothing more.
