Can't get rid of the last Fat

Hello, I have been working out for 3 years now and it seems like I have been making progress, very very very slowly. I am starting to see a little more definition but not like other guys in the gym. The thing that frustrates me is that I can lift almost as much as them i.e. 185 bench, 65 barbell bench, 35 bicep curls, etc. I have been on a workout plan and I generally workout 4 times a week with 2 - 3 days of cardio. I generally consume around 2800 calories a day and they are almost all good (whole grain bread, fruit, vegetables, protein shake, etc). I am contemplating creatine b/c I just can't seem to lose the extra fat on my lower stomach to gain a six pack, and I have the hardest time developing my chest. Can someone please advise me on what i may be doing wrong. I have read tons of post and just can't seem to find the right answer. Thanks

creatine may help you a bit...since it has a little bit of impact on fat lose....and will allow you to work harder in the weight room...

you may want to consider 7-Keto....there's a post in supplement section...check it out..I just got mine...so i'll see how it goes but it's backed up by solid research

generally you might want to consider cutting your carbs down...and/or cycling them(look for post with Justin and Bb1...they had some good discussion on the subject I believe).....also try to avoid carbs couple hours before sleep...

I'm in the same position, need to drop that extra couple of % body fat wise. Been cutting carbs and upping cardio but it's being stubborn at the moment. :angry:

well, 2800 caloris for cutting... i dont know.
perhaps you can lower your carbs and increase your protein, so you stick with the same calories,
or you can either increase the cardio or juust cutting carbs.

whats your main goal? muscle building or fat loss

I want to do a little of both. I want to gain muscle but not as much fat. I went from 185 to 160 and still can't get the last bit of fat off my stomach. I have gotten too skinny and want to put weight back on but without the fat like i had last time.

When you reach a "certain" bodyfat level, your body will start to fight back. It wants to hold on to fat stores, and give up muscle. You have to fight back as hard. Don't give up, you have to changes something in order to keep losing fat, and it will happen at a much slower pace. Upping your cardio is ideal, as you cannot cut calories forever. Make no mistake about it, to get to very low bodyfats heavy supplementation becomes a big part of the battle, to save muscle you must do this.
