currently i do a bit of cardio 1st thing in mornin and some free weights in evening, im not on a diet persay but always watch what i eat (means that i pretend to myself im not on a diet to stop me feelin hungry all the time :)) atm i do my treadmill/rowing on an empty stomach then have oatbran, banana and walnuts for breakfast.i have tuna salad at lunch and then chicken and veg for dinner then do my weights about an hour or so after, i usually have apples etc through the day too. after reading how good egg whites are i want to start havin 3 whites per day just to give me that bit of extra protein so can you advise please when is the best time to have em so my muscles can benefit the most?

I would have something before your morning cardio. Some eggwhites here would not hurt, help preserve some lean mass. Besides that, eggwhites can be eaten any time of day, always good protein, low calorie.

thanks bb1, is there any downside to me having them every day even tho i only exercise 5 days?

nope.. low fat, high protein source that can be eaten any time of the day
