Hello... I started my program today. Very exicited here..! I have a problem with food. I am not used to eating much, but from what I have been reading in the forums I got to eat several times a day, and not fruit or a little tiny thing only!
I am really into doing and following this program. I have no problem resting, working out my booty off, what I know I am weak in, is ENOUGH FOOD. Therefore, I think I need some supplements in addition to food. Did anybody had this problem? If so, PLEASE GIVE ME A GOOD ADVISE. I know food is very important, therefore I wanna do this right.
If somebody can help me out with this... THANKS A BUNCH!
