5lbs a month, THAT'S ALL :) seriously 5 lbs a month is very doable with proper diet and exercise alone. Your key will be 5-6 light healthy snacks during the day, coupled by some 30 min cardio sessions 4-5 times a week. don't forget you can still have your fav foods, just in very moderated portions. don't try to compensate food as a goal for exercising either. One more thing is DON'T shock your body into starvation mode by taking in hardly any calories at all. good luck, and welcome to ft.
