i was wondering if anyone knew of any bodybuilding comps in my area. i live in north dakota and im fairly close to some of the bigger cities in my area like fargo and grandforks or minneapolis st.paul. ive finally think im in contest shape because ive trimmed down to about an even 220 with 6% body fat. so if anyone knows of anywhere i can look for competition dates then i would appreaciate it a lot.

hey aurtoro, check out this site.www.nanbf.org, this is the web site of the north american natural bodybuilding federation, looks like there may be some shows there. Hope this helps and good luck. I to, am thinking of competing in the very near future.

Check out www.npcnewsonline.com. This is the official website of the NPC, (National Physique Committee). There are contests all over the place. Have a good time, good for you to compete. YOu will find it fun and rewarding.
