HIya folks, Recently - after 3 years of lifting every week for 4 years, I have started to feel Burn out. This being said I still urge to go to the to keep in shape and fit.
I feel I need a break from the actual gym- so what do you all recomend that I should do to maintain my muscle mass- flexiblity and strength?
how often do you take a week off from the gym? you cant expect to workout EVERY day EVERY week for your whole life, maybe take a week off for a while it may actually help you recover your muscle mass and among other things, its recomended to take a week or so off every 8 weeks
