Ive been lifting regularly for the last 3 years and off and on 4 years before that. Havent seen any gains recently so I thought I would try something new and found this site. I just started the ft mass training program with the chest mass and wide shoulders programs with a four day split. It seems like a good program so far, but there is just one thing that concerns me. It seems that I am way overtraining the tri's, doing shoulder work on mon, tri work on tues and friday, and chest work on thurs, basically working them 4 days a week. If anyone has any thoughts on this I would like to hear them. Thanks
Basicly it looks like this: Mon-back, shoulders, abs Tues-biceps, triceps Weds-off Thur-chest, legs, calves Fri-biceps, triceps, abs Sat&Sun-off
