I'm 14 and I've just found out about this site two days ago. I have signed up and everything and the exersise program i choose was the Weight Traing along with the 12 week abs and for my diet just a regular simple diet. My goal was to lose at least 20lbs over three months ( before starting high school) and get buff. Was this unrealistic and any pointers for me. I would appreciate all of the feedback.
