just looking for some professional opinions on my diet.. am currently 5"10, 160 lbs. looking to add some more size without too much fat (ie. progressive gains)

preworkout
pb and j sandwich
cup of coffee
animal pak
postworkout
creatine + gatorade (immediately)
protein shake + glutamine (1/2 hour later)
~25g lean meat
cup white rice or pasta
cup veg
tuna sandwich
~25g lean meat
cup brown rice
cup veg
before bed
3/4 cup cottage cheese and salsa
lately ive been finding im extremely bloated.. as my abs are having trouble holding in my stomach. could be because i am eating too fast, so i am going to stretch that out a bit. was also thinking it may be because of all the grains im consuming, and lack of veg.. which arent completely broken down by the time my next meal comes. i was thinking of subbing a salad for the cup brown rice and veg at night.. any opinions/suggestions would be helpful. thanks.
caloric intake is in the vacinity of ~2800 -3000 cals.. im currently weighing myself at the end of every week, and i am still growing slightly.. forgot to mention i tend to snack on fruit b/t meals..
