I just got some new taebo tapes and i wanted to no is really going to help me when im 14 on a diet following a excersie routine from the site bike riding and jogging .
I'm new on here so here goes: I have the boot camp dvds and I LOVE them! That's what FINALLY got me motivated enough to work out consistently. I've been doing them since the end of April 2005 and I can honestly say that it's been one of the best workouts for me. My girlfriends are doing other Taebo workouts and they love them too. One of them looks really good! I alternate boot camp with Ultimate Taebo Butt & Abs and several other workout videos that I have just to mix things up. It would work better for me if I would watch more of what I ate and gave up sugar though!:laugh:
