Just joined at the start of the week on a strength/mass program I got on this site.My goal is to gain some muscle and to bulk up a bit (weight 187pds height 6.0', my BMI is around 25)
I found this site after a long search where at the same time I really made up my mind about getting into shape!
The question I need help with is, how much weight should I use? I must add that I only have access to a barbell and dumbells.
If anyone has any helpfull hints, thanx in advance.
dpeends on your strength. for each exercise, if you are looking to add mass, you should train in the 6- 8 rep range. this means that you should be exhibiting perfect form throughout the set, and failing after the last rep. thats how you'll know how much weight to use..
