Diet and exercise, its all still fat no matter how you got it. If you are breastfeeding you will need more calories. Best thing I can tell you is to follow the exercise and nutrional plan here.
I've been there, tho for me it was going from 115 to 170 while pregnant. Yuck, it took me years to get it all off because I wasn't commited to losing it. My youngest is now 15 and two years ago I had finally lost all that weight.
I am soon to be 40 and I have never felt better, I am so much more healthy since losing this weight. I wish I had done it years ago.
