I wanna get lean now so i figured that i need a healthy diet and a lot of cardio. I have about 12 weeks to get to my aim. I dont care about weight or bf%....jus wnna get lean. I will be doing the best possible cardi rver (in my opinion:laugh:) BOXING!!!
Can anyone tell me how long I will have to pound my bag to loose a good amount of fat. And how can i associate Hitt cardio with boxing.
