I know I need to be eating more to supplement my Exercise Program, but it's hard because I'm kind of limited to what I can do for food since I live in a barracks and have a microwave to cook with or nasty galley food. Heh. So just asking for easy ideas on foods to eat that can be easily made using a microwave or served cold.

Simple foods are often your best option. Things like eggs, tuna, cottage cheese, potatoes, shole wheat tortillas to make wraps, come to mind as easy to prepare and good sources of protien and carbs. You may want to invest in some protien suppliment and make shakes out of it to get more protien in your diet. Look at the grocery list for healthy eating which is tacked at the top of the food/nutition posts.

Hope this helps a bit. Do you have easy access to a fridge to store food?

Go to the "Nutrition" board and look under "grocery list for body builders", it's posted by bb1fit.
