I have just started weight training to tone up and have gained 4 pounds. I started about a week ago and this is not what I want. I have not changed my eating habits. I follow the weight watcher plan and have lost 93lbs. I prefer to either stay the same weight or lose a few more pounds. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Muscle weighs more than fat, so if your replacing fat with muscle then yes you will gain weight. However it will appear as if you are still losing weight.. Once you gain the muscle that you disire to keep, that is when you can maintain the muscle and burn the fat, then you'll start losing weight more rapidly. But yes it is very common as a beginner no matter what your weight.

4lbs in a week seems a bit much, however, I would guess it is just water weight. Make sure you are still watching your diet. Eat clean, eat enough and drink your water!
Weight watchers is a good program, but you might want to check out the advice in the nutrition profile on this site. Keep at the weight training and watch your body reshape.
Get rid of the scale and start judging your "weight loss" using a mirror and how your clothes fit. You can also take measurements with a tape. I too lost weight using weight watchers in the beginning and then added the weight training along with my cardio. This enable me to maintain the weight loss and really tone my body. It does work!!!
Don't get discouraged by small fluctuations in your weight, especially in the first week. My weight can change 3lbs just from morning to night!
-------------- Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.
